The Director told the board that Toloma has an MOU that allows its fire service to be dispatched simultaneously with EMS for certain medical procedures, and Manchester is pursuing an identical agreement. He said Toloma's mayor and fire chief have signed the MOU and staff received a state checklist outlining required supplies and documentation.
