President Jenny Hines announced that Jennifer Taylor is stepping down immediately as chair of the Parks & Recreation Committee and that she has appointed Vice President Kim Sherman as the new chair. The change was presented as an administrative appointment and no vote on the appointment was recorded in the minutes.
