Board votes to graduate from Archway Program over two dissenting commissioners

The Board debated whether to continue participation in the Archway Program and ultimately voted to graduate from it. Commissioner Kelly and Steven Blackburn spoke in favor of continuing the program, while Ben Roberts voiced opposition. Commissioner Lively moved to graduate from the program and Commissioner Braswell seconded; the motion carried 3–2 with Lively, Braswell and Martin voting to graduate and Commissioners Kelly and Nix voting to continue.
