The Crescent City Commission voted to adopt Resolution 2026‑13 on Sept. 24 to set the city’s final operating millage for FY 2026–27. Vice Mayor William BJ Lohrey moved adoption and Commissioner Lisa Cain DeVito objected, urging the body to have at least considered a rollback that would have reduced revenue by roughly $70,000.
