District Engineer Charlie Krebs reported that the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) approved the drainage improvements and the Village of Estero issued construction permits. Krebs said bid documents have been finalized and will be made available to contractors, with staff to coordinate advertising, a bid opening meeting and a mandatory pre‑construction meeting.
