During the regular agenda the board reviewed Campbelt, a proposed subdivision to carve a 2.47-acre lot from a 192.73-acre parcel. Staff said the split creates two buildable lots and that the matter is a Type II action with little or no environmental implications. Chair (speaker 1) asked for comments and the board moved for a negative declaration and then for submission approval.
