County Assessor Megan Zoucha presented an exemption application for a West Nance County assisted-living property owned by Valley View Assisted Living, LLC. Zoucha recommended a 33% exemption; the board voted to approve the assessor’s recommendation after a motion by Scott Russell, seconded by Robert Voichoskie.
