A grants-committee representative told the board the committee had three items: a one-year renewal of an Innovate Software (Neighborly) license for $38,200 for the Community Development Department; a one-year contract with the Leadership Council of Southwestern Illinois for $30,000 (term from Oct. 1, 2026, to Sept. 30, 2027); and authorization for seven HVAC contractors to serve as vendor options.
