The Coweta County Board of Zoning Appeals recommended approval on July 23 of Petition Variance 26‑17, filed by Michael and Melissa Wolf, to reduce a front building setback at 8 Old Steel Run in Newnan to accommodate a 12-foot-by-20-foot detached garage.
