Peoria County reported that it is projecting a balanced 2027 general fund budget without tapping reserve funds, with a projected $1,500,000 surplus in a $65,600,000 budget, the county update said. "Peoria County is projecting a balanced 2027 general fund with it without tapping into any reserve funds," the county reporter said.
