Sandy Hollow Phase 2 proposed as 15-unit development pending land acquisition and code changes

Curtis Highsmith told the NSCAC that Phase 2 of Sandy Hollow would mirror existing Sandy Hollow Cove design and include 15 units in a maximum of three buildings. "The project will consist of 15 units in a maximum of three buildings, designed to mimic the existing Sandy Hollow Cove development," the transcript states. He added that the land is pending acquisition and that progress depends on pending Town code changes that would make it less complicated for the Housing Authority to assist in development across the Town.
