The district's superintendent (S4) reported results from a second round of PFOS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) testing and said the results do not require additional sampling under current EPA guidance. The staff update reassured the board that, barring a change in federal requirements, the district would not need to continue PFOS testing beyond planned cycles.
