The council approved the Gateway regional public‑private agreement and the GMP appendix after staff and counsel described the contract forms and attachments as legally acceptable. Counsel advised that contract form was fine and that appendix F (the GMP) had been reviewed; Councilor Mary Jo moved the PPP motion and members approved it by voice vote.
