The Chair recorded a nomination for Matt Bullock and a second, then called the vote to hire him as the workforce manager: "Is there any discussion? If not, all in favor hiring Matt Bolt as our genial workforce manager, signify by saying aye." The transcript records the affirmative responses as "Aye."
