The board approved routine administrative items including the consent agenda (minutes from Feb. 9 and the January 2026 financial report), the 2026–27 handbook update and Arkansas App Assurances. The consent agenda motion was recorded as moved by Rose Bishop and seconded by John Maley; that vote recorded 4-0 (Julienne Penter entered after that vote).
