Contour Airlines reports strong on-time performance and explains bag fees
Contour reported 83.5% on-time departures and about 81% on-time arrivals for July, three cancellations (one ATC, two maintenance) and said it aligned checked-bag fees with partner carriers to reduce fare inconsistency; the carrier said local one-way fares remain lower than competitors while connecting fares can be higher.
