County approves $462,378.77 fund request amid finance reports
Valley County supervisors approved a fund request of $462,378.77 following presentations of month-end fund and balance reports by the county treasurer and clerk.

During the Aug. 25 meeting, Treasurer Peggy Brott presented the month-end fund report, trial balance and balance sheet and discussed miscellaneous receipts and the return of distress warrants. After finance reports, the board approved a fund request totaling $462,378.77 on a motion by Stunkel (second Ference); the motion carried with Baker absent.
