The Leadville Historic Preservation Commission moved its revitalization‑grant discussion to the top of the Jan. 27 agenda and spent considerable time debating strategy and scheduling. Commissioners reviewed an outline for a proposed local revitalization grant and discussed whether to collaborate with Colorado Preservation, Inc. (CPI) or to pursue a standalone city application.
