Commissioner Wade Yoder briefed the board on the Highway 341/96 intersection project, saying the long-running effort has been accelerated and will be opened to traffic with a short ribbon event. "We're gonna open the intersection at 9AM. So anybody wants to come, May 22 at 9AM," Yoder told the board.
