Ms. Wilson-Martin reviewed the Lilja Accelerated Repair Project (ARP) update and the memo included in the agenda packet. Committee members asked about whether the vote on the project should be handled as a special item during Fall Town Meeting so the seven-day reconsideration clock would start at that time; Ms. Wilson-Martin said she was not sure and noted the team had prepared language for a potential Spring meeting vote.
