The Boyd County Board of Supervisors authorized execution of a Master Professional Services Agreement with Speece Lewis a Bowman Company for the 2026 calendar year. Committee member Ruda moved to authorize Chairman Nicolaus to sign the agreement; Committee member Derickson seconded the motion and the minutes record the motion carried with all present voting aye.
