On a motion by Derickson and second by Liewer, the Boyd County Board designated Butte State Bank, Butte, Nebraska as the county's depository for 2026; the motion carried 6–0 with Sinclair absent.

The Boyd County Board of Supervisors voted to designate Butte State Bank of Butte, Nebraska as a county depository for 2026. Committee member Derickson moved the designation, which was seconded by Committee member Liewer; the minutes record ayes from Derickson, Hull, Liewer, Roth, Ruda and Chairman Nicolaus and note Sinclair absent.
