The Planning & Zoning Commission approved two reestablishment requests for master plans (REZ000282026 and REZ0000292026) for large distribution‑center projects on the east side of Kettering Road. Petitioner representatives said the projects seek height deviations (portions up to 85 feet) to accommodate internal automated materials‑handling equipment and requested deviations related to internal setbacks and buffers.
