The City of Pooler council voted unanimously on Aug. 17 to award a contract to Hussey Gay Bell to update the city’s ADA transition plan, staff said. Staff explained the work is required to ensure programs, services and facilities meet current federal accessibility requirements under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
