County staff presented numerical examples to show what a 15% minimum and 35% maximum would mean in dollars, both with and without ARPA receipts. "If you look on the left, we've had a lot of ARPA funds come through, and those ARPA funds did inflate what our fund balance looks like," the staff member said while referring to the committee chart.
