The director said a subcommittee has revised the previous five-year plan, removed completed items and added financial details; Chairman Wilson drafted a new version and the board expects a revised plan for full-board consideration at the next meeting.

The director told the board that committee members met on June 22 to review the existing five-year plan, remove completed items and add financial details. "Chairman Wilson made a draft. I have got that draft back to him. I reviewed it, added the financial portion of it," the director said.
