The Board approved Ordinance 2026-03 to set compensation levels for village employees, officials and members of the Board of Trustees. Trustee Jason Lemkau moved to waive the three readings and to adopt the ordinance; the motion carried with Trustees Jerad Little and Mike Faubion recorded as abstaining 'with conflict.'
