Staff reported that rising costs for performance-grade binder and fuel have pushed the county to seek a contract modification with the paving contractor identified in the meeting as Sullivan County paving. "The contract modification with Sullivan County paving that I just discussed the other 750,000 due to the cost of performance grade binder and fuel costs going up this season," Eddie said during the resolutions overview.
