Council questions weather station functionality, requests SCADA integration

Council and utility staff debated the configuration and scope of a recently installed weather station intended to support utility operations and reporting. Staff said the unit currently provides rainfall, temperature and humidity but that additional modules (wind, barometric pressure, radiation and others) appear to be absent; there was disagreement about whether modules were removed for cost reasons or due to other procurement decisions.
