Alan Hipps, representing the Planning Commission, told Council the Commission met Aug. 19 to review a draft update to the Zoning Code intended to modernize outdated provisions dating from the 1950s and 1960s. Hipps said the Commission will review requested revisions at its September meeting, and, once comfortable, will forward amendments to Council for consideration.
