The Elmont Community Parks and Recreation Board delayed approving its Aug. 27 minutes and asked staff to post missing Department of Public Works charges before finalizing the record. Melinda Steffler, who called the meeting to order, said she reviewed the packet and wanted the minutes corrected once DPW charges were posted.
