Committee defers approval after packet contained wrong minutes

Chair Adam Clark told the committee that the minutes included in the packet belonged to a different committee and so could not be approved at the meeting. "You may have noticed that the minutes that were in your packet actually belonged to a different committee," he said, and the committee moved to defer approval of the June 23 minutes until the next meeting.
