The Town of Le Ray Board on Jan. 8 adopted RESOLUTION #1 of 2026 to amend its fee schedule so that development or use of property undertaken before obtaining site-plan approval will incur an additional $500 fee. The measure cites Municipal Home Rule Law §10, Article 16 of New York Town Law and Town Zoning Law §158-142 and takes effect immediately.
