Hialeah council approves several ordinances, zoning changes and a setback resolution
On Sept. 22 the council passed multiple second-reading ordinances (11a–11d), affirmed a zoning board setback decision for 4416 W. 10th Ave (15a), and approved a small-scale land-use amendment for 251 W. 27th St (16a); several first readings were scheduled for Oct. 13.
