Chair Sam Rudie asked about the status of a remnant property left after the 2025 CSAH 19 road project. City Administrator Jennifer Nash said Wright County officials will reach out once they have decided how they plan to price the remnant parcel and that a developer remains interested in combining it with an adjacent parcel for a commercial project.
