Becky Crockett, representing the property owner and applicant, told the commission the submission included a geotechnical evaluation that identifies mitigation measures and that the applicant expects engineers to incorporate those recommendations into construction plans. "The purpose is that geotechnical evaluation including mitigation," Crockett said, adding that requiring an additional, separate administrative mitigation plan would be redundant.
