Design Review Committee member to step down after 30 years; board seeks architect

Chris Moulder informed the Rafter J board that he will resign from the Design Review Committee following the December meeting after more than 30 years of volunteer service. The board expressed appreciation for his longstanding contribution to preserving neighborhood character and accepted his offer to assist with the transition.
