The Board of Library Trustees recorded the following votes at its Feb. 25 meeting: Trustees voted 5-0 to approve the requested capitalization and custodian changes to the Millennium Fund Special Act (Bill H4137) and to add language preserving the Trust Fund Commissioners’ investment authority. Trustees voted 5-0 to approve the Jan. 21, 2026 draft minutes and voted 5-0 to authorize a $140 Small Funds payment to partially satisfy Ingram invoice #93540507 for book purchases meeting fund requirements. Trustee Candace Hetzner moved to adjourn; Anna Blazier seconded and the adjournment vote was 5-0. A separate motion to approve two ESOL tutor payments of $150 each was recorded (moved by Leah Hart) but the transcript does not record a vote on that motion.
