County accepts Community Juvenile Service Board grant; staff clarifies award amount
The board approved a Community Juvenile Service Board (CJSP) grant agreement; staff initially read an amount of $887,270 in the packet but then corrected on the record to $37,270 for the grant period July 1, 2026–June 30, 2028 and said more diversion contracts will come to the board in future meetings.

County staff presented a grant contract with the Wyoming Department of Family Services for Community Juvenile Service Board (CJSP) funding covering July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028. Staff said the county will receive funding and that an agreement with Big Brothers Big Sisters for diversion services will appear at a future meeting.
