County planning staff presented an updated schematic and funding plan for the proposed Spring Building on the FLCC campus, saying the construction estimate is about $35,750,000 (rounded to $36 million) and the full project scope pushes the total toward $41 million. Staff said the estimate reflects design progress, additional site work and an assumed escalation rate of about 8 percent.
