The 212 Cochituate Rd Advisory Committee on Feb. 3, 2026, finalized its draft report to the Select Board and formally authorized Chair Thomas Fay to incorporate agreed edits and submit the document. Jean Milburn moved the authorization, Bill Whitney seconded, and the motion was approved by roll-call vote, 7-0-0. The committee met in person at the Wayland Town Building with remote access via Zoom.
