County staff recommended final acceptance of the Pilot Hill Trailhead improvement project and asked the board to direct staff to advertise for the final payment to contractor Archon in the amount of $103,436. Staff and a project representative (S10) told commissioners that only a few final items remain and that the original contract price was $2,068,670.
