Fulton County certifies opioid settlement fund use and approves related reports
Commissioners approved the 2026 POMAAT Certification Form affirming use of Opioid Settlement Funds per Exhibit E, and approved the 4th Quarter MATP report for FY25-26; both motions were unanimous.

On Sept. 8 the Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved the 2026 POMAAT Certification Form, certifying that Opioid Settlement Funds are being used as described in Exhibit E of the settlements and that the county is complying with settlement terms. Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve the certification and the motion was recorded as unanimous.
