County engineering staff described the Cookwell Road bridge (structure C007923120) project and reported receiving three bids; Infinity Construction submitted the low bid of $466,443.86, about $40,000 under the engineer's estimate of $508,025. Staff said the county will receive a state bridge-match reimbursement once the work is complete and recommended accepting the low bidder to meet the state match schedule.
