Chairman Dylan Coleman introduced a draft short‑term rental ordinance developed with neighboring townships; public comments were offered by Sam Petersheim, Planning Commission member Allen Fisher and Zoning Officer Wally Hockensmith. The Board provided copies of the draft to a commenter and to a reporter; no vote was taken.
