The Paradise Township Board approved several land‑development actions at its July 21 meeting. Nye Consulting Services' David Brooks presented the Todd Barge Ag Operation Major Stormwater Management (SWM) Plan for 145 S. Ronks Road; a requested modification to SWMO Section 402.11 was withdrawn in writing on July 20, 2026. The Board then approved modifications to SWMO Section 506.1.B(3)(a) (maximum loading ratios for karst areas) and SWMO Section 501.16.B(1) (minimum isolation distance from stormwater management facilities to sinkholes), and subsequently approved the plan (motions recorded as "All Ayes").
