On Feb. 2 the Berkeley City Council voted to adopt Resolution #3727 endorsing St. Louis County's grant program to assist the city's waste reduction initiatives. The motion was made by Councilman Hoskins and seconded by Councilman Hindeleh; the roll call was recorded as unanimous.
