Commission approves Equipment Share's conditional-use permit and setback variance for Apollo Road site
The Commission recommended approval, 5–0, for Equipment Share to use 837 Apollo Road for outdoor storage of trailer-mounted equipment and approved a variance to allow an existing 0-foot pavement setback. Staff required Metropolitan Council acknowledgement for utilities and listed conditions addressing fencing, lighting and landscaping.

The Advisory Planning Commission on Sept. 22 recommended approval of a conditional-use permit allowing Equipment Share to store primarily trailer-mounted equipment (generators, HVAC units, pumps) outdoors at 837 Apollo Road in a limited industrial district, and separately recommended approval of a variance to allow a 0-foot side-yard pavement setback.
