Commission backs Ecolab plan amendment to add about 105,000 sq ft at Eagan campus

The Advisory Planning Commission voted 5–0 to recommend approval of a plan development amendment allowing a 104,881 sq ft addition at Ecolab's Eagan campus (655 Lone Oak Drive), bringing the campus to roughly 725,000 sq ft. Staff said stormwater requirements are met though the impervious surface would rise above the Shoreland overlay limit and a code-material classification and height deviation are policy questions.
