The Planning Board tabled a building notification for Stephen Paradis at 169 Heath Hill Rd (R18-012-A) for a new 32' x 13'4" shed. The Board cited a missing applicant signature and the need for a plot design that accurately shows distances from the proposed structure to the house, well, and septic. Motion: Curtis Gosselin; Second: Ben Young; vote recorded as all in favor to table the item until the Sept. 2, 2026 meeting.
